Q 1. Which countries do you export to before?

A: We have exported our furniture to America, UK, Germany, France, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, India, South Africa and so on. And we have distributors in UK, Germany, USA and so on.

Q 2. What is your delivery time of furniture?

A: It will take about 25--35 days after order confirmation based on container order.

For sample order, it will take about 15 working days after order confirmation or more based on detailed furniture design.

Q 3. What are your payment methods?

A: We accept TT, Western Union, Paypal, Western union and so on.

Q5.Which is your advantage on leather?

A: Our Defaico has own tanning leather workshop. All raw leather material is selected from Brazil imported top cow leather, after hand-grinding and moistureproof &antifouling processed, all Defaico leather is with natural texture, soft feeling, wear well and with retro/vintage taste. Thickness of leather is approximately 1.0-1.2mm. And there are more than 30 color options to meet clients’ different requirements.

Q6.Do you accept furniture customization?

A: Yes, sure. We can make different furniture design based on client’s special requirements. After proposal approval, we will creat CAD drawings for different design, and after drawings singed we will go ahead production.
