Located in Chicago, this residential rooftop project transforms an open roof deck into a shared outdoor amenity for residents. The space combines dining areas, lounge zones, daybeds and firepit seating to support different social activities throughout the day.

Defaico supplied a coordinated aluminum outdoor furniture package designed to match the contemporary architecture while maintaining flexibility across multiple rooftop functions.

The rooftop required furniture solutions that could support different resident activities while keeping a consistent visual direction.

Dining areas required practical seating arrangements, lounge zones needed comfortable settings for longer stays, and daybeds provided dedicated relaxation areas. The furniture also needed to complement the building architecture through neutral finishes, clean forms and flexible layouts.

Defaico provided aluminum outdoor sofa sets, dining sets, daybeds, outdoor leisure furniture and firepit seating.

The dining area supports resident gatherings and outdoor meals, while lounge seating creates comfortable social spaces near the rooftop pavilion. Daybeds provide quieter relaxation zones, and firepit furniture extends rooftop usage into evening gatherings.

Consistent aluminum finishes and neutral upholstery connect different furniture categories into one coordinated residential amenity solution.

This Chicago residential rooftop project demonstrates how coordinated outdoor furniture can improve shared amenity spaces in multifamily developments.

By combining dining, lounge, relaxation and social gathering furniture within one package, Defaico supports one-stop furniture sourcing, functional zoning and consistent outdoor design for residential projects.
