All teak materials undergo a standardized kiln-dried teak process with secondary oil extraction and strict moisture control, maintaining a moisture content of 10–12% to meet export-grade standards and enhance long-term stability. Before packaging, every piece is moisture-tested and finished with specialized outdoor teak oil or plant-based coatings, providing UV resistance, waterproofing, mold and antibacterial protection, while preserving the natural beauty, texture, and color variation of the teak.
