This outdoor furniture series from the Structra Collection is crafted from carefully selected teak wood, available in both FSC®-certified and non-certified options to meet different environmental standards and project requirements. Each batch of teak is hand-selected and kiln-dried with secondary oil extraction and precise moisture control, maintaining a moisture content of 10–12% to reduce cracking, warping, and deformation in outdoor environments. To ensure consistent quality, every piece is moisture-tested before packaging.

Complementing the teak structure, the collection features durable rope weaving designed for outdoor use, with multiple weaving patterns, colors, and textures available to accommodate diverse design needs. The woven materials are tightly constructed yet soft to the touch, offering long-lasting durability even in high-traffic environments such as hotels and resorts. Paired with weather-resistant outdoor fabrics such as Sunbrella® and Agora®, the upholstery provides excellent UV resistance along with water, stain, and mold protection, making it well suited for coastal and humid environments. All fabrics are precisely cut and sewn by skilled craftsmen to ensure aligned patterns, clean edges, and long-term shape retention, reflecting a high level of workmanship. Selected customized designs are further equipped with hidden zippers or nylon fasteners, allowing easy removal and cleaning while extending the overall product lifespan.
