1. Project Overview
Palm Tree Club is a waterfront hospitality project in Miami, USA, combining outdoor dining, bar service, lounge seating and booth areas within one open venue. The furniture package was planned to support these different guest functions while maintaining a consistent coastal character across the property.
Defaico supplied the Balmain Teak Collection, including sofa sets and coffee tables, together with outdoor dining sets, bar furniture, commercial dining tables and booth seating. Warm wood tones, woven textures and fresh upholstery accents connect the furniture with the waterfront setting while keeping each area clearly suited to its function.
2. Client Needs
The venue required furniture for several hospitality zones with different operational needs. Dining terraces needed flexible tables and chairs for everyday service, waterfront areas required comfortable seating that preserved open views, bar areas needed higher seating, and booth seating was used to define larger dining zones.
Key project requirements included:
3. Defaico Solution
Defaico provided a coordinated hospitality furniture package covering the venue's principal guest areas. For lounge zones, the Balmain Teak Collection sofa set and coffee table introduce warm timber structure and neutral upholstery, creating a relaxed seating format beside the dining and waterfront areas.
Outdoor dining chairs with woven detailing were paired with dining tables to create open restaurant layouts with clear sightlines. Outdoor dining sets and bar sets extend the same material direction into additional service zones, while repeated bar chairs form a consistent seating line along the main counter.
Commercial dining tables and booth seating complete the package. Freestanding dining furniture supports layout flexibility, while booths provide more defined group seating and add a different visual layer through upholstery and pattern. Together, these categories create a complete furniture solution for the restaurant's dining, bar and lounge functions.

By combining the Balmain Teak Collection, outdoor dining furniture, bar seating, commercial dining tables and booth seating, Defaico provided a furniture package capable of supporting the venue from waterfront dining to bar service and relaxed lounge areas.
For hospitality developers, restaurant operators and procurement teams, the value lies in more than individual furniture pieces.
