Located within City Walk in the UAE, this high-end apartment project required a coordinated furniture package for an open residential layout covering the main living, dining, kitchen bar and bedroom areas.

The interior combines warm wood finishes, light upholstery, glass surfaces and restrained metal details. Defaico supplied furniture that follows this material direction, using soft neutral upholstery and rounded profiles to complement the apartment’s architectural finishes.

Living, dining, bar and bedroom furniture were coordinated as one residential package so that each area could support its own function while maintaining a consistent overall appearance.

The project required furniture for several closely connected interior zones within one apartment. The living and dining areas share an open-plan environment, while the kitchen bar and bedroom introduce different seating and privacy requirements.

In the living room, the sofa set and leisure chairs use soft neutral upholstery and rounded profiles to create a comfortable lounge area without adding excessive visual weight. Compact coffee and side tables support the seating arrangement while keeping circulation open.

The dining set continues the same light upholstered direction. Curved dining chairs are paired with a substantial wood-based table with a glass top, connecting the dining area with the apartment’s timber architectural details.

For the kitchen bar, upholstered bar chairs echo the tone and curved form of the dining seating, creating continuity between adjacent functions.

The bedroom set carries the same palette into a quieter private setting through an upholstered bed and coordinated wood night stands.
