This European multifamily condo project required a coordinated interior furniture package for contemporary residential spaces.

The living and dining areas are arranged within an open-plan layout, using light upholstery, warm wood and neutral architectural finishes to create a consistent residential atmosphere. A customized sectional sofa defines the main lounge zone, while wood coffee tables and dining furniture introduce warmth and connect adjacent functions.

The furniture package was developed around practical residential use, spatial fit and visual continuity across the primary living areas.

The project required furniture that could fit open-plan condo interiors while maintaining a consistent material and design direction across living, dining and transitional spaces.

The customized fabric sofa with chaise establishes the main living area and provides generous seating while maintaining a clean profile. A wood coffee table creates a practical center point and connects the upholstered lounge furniture with the timber elements used elsewhere in the interior.

For the dining area, Defaico provided a customized wood dining table with fabric dining chairs. Upholstered seats and backs soften the dining setting, while exposed wood frames maintain continuity with the table and coffee table.

A console extends the same material language into transitional areas, helping the furniture package remain visually connected beyond the main living and dining zones.
