1. Project Overview
King Corona 1902 is a two-level cigar lounge in Ybor City. The planned 12,000-square-foot venue includes a public lounge and retail area, plus an upstairs members' club with a private bar and a 1,000-square-foot balcony overlooking Seventh Avenue.
The seating design connects the brand's traditional cigar-lounge atmosphere with a contemporary hospitality layout.
2. Project Requirements
Different guest settings called for distinct seating formats: intimate conversation groups, comfortable lounge areas, coordinated bar stools, and compact balcony dining arrangements.
Furniture placement also needed to complement the venue's dark flooring, exposed brick, and warm architectural finishes while preserving circulation.
3. Defaico Solution
Client feedback footage shows olive-green tufted sofas, rounded upholstered armchairs with quilted outer panels, bar-height seating, and coordinated balcony tables and chairs.
A consistent green-and-warm-neutral palette links the interior seating groups and bar area, while compact furniture layouts make use of the long street-facing balcony.

5. Property-Specific Value
The coordinated furniture arrangements help establish a recognizable lounge identity across several guest zones.
The on-site feedback shows how lounge, bar, and outdoor seating can be organized within a larger hospitality project, supporting an inviting atmosphere and a more cohesive guest experience.
