1. Project Overview
This Dallas restaurant project required coordinated seating for several guest environments, including standard dining areas, a central bar, booth zones and open social spaces.
Leather dining chairs provide flexible table seating, leather bar chairs define elevated counter areas, and booth seating creates more structured dining sections. Together, these categories establish a consistent commercial seating language while allowing each zone to serve a different function.
2. Client Needs
The restaurant needed seating that could support different layouts and guest behaviors without making the interior feel repetitive.

3. Defaico Solution
Defaico supplied three core commercial seating categories: leather dining chairs, leather bar chairs and booth seating.
Leather dining chairs support standard table layouts throughout the restaurant. Their upholstered surfaces provide comfort while maintaining a clean profile suitable for repeated commercial use.
Leather bar chairs are used in the restaurant’s high-seating areas, extending the same material direction into the central bar environment.
Booth seating creates more permanent dining zones and helps organize larger open-plan areas without relying on architectural partitions. The coordinated selection allows the restaurant to maintain consistency in finish, proportion and function across different guest spaces.
